Shipping’s Policy

Custom Wigs/Wig Maintenance Services

When placing your order please allow 48 to 72 business hours for payment processing, credit card and address verification. Once all is confirmed you will receive an email confirming your payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be shipped out. During the 15 business days you will receive production process emails with updates on your custom order/maintenance services. When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email confirmation stating so with tracking information. All orders are shipped via USPS.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation and we only ship orders out Monday – Friday.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL DELAYS AND OR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package it is your responsibility to retrieve your order from your local USPS. If package is lost in shipping it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the USPS.

 All Hair Orders (hair extensions, closures, frontals)

When placing your order please allow 48 to 72 business hours for payment processing, credit card and address verification. Please make sure you’re address is correct before submitted order. If there is an error in your address your order will be canceled and you will be notified via email. 

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirming your payment. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation stating so with tracking information. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. All orders are shipped via USPS.

All hair and wig orders will require you to upload ID to verify your purchase and for fraud protection. All hair & wig orders will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package it is your responsibility to retrieve your order from your local USPS. If package is lost in shipping it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the USPS.

Please make note all shipping time frames during sales and holidays on non-custom wigs/wig maintenance orders extend to 10-15 business days.

Return/Refund Policy

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Once your order is placed we cannot issue any refunds. Please take the time to look over our website and your shopping cart before checkout.

 

Exchange Policy

All exchanges are upon Society LaFemme discretion (custom wigs/maintenance services excluded). All hair must be in its natural state (original packaging with all tags attached, unraveled with bundle wraps intact, hair that has not been altered due to washing, brushing, combing, coloring, cutting, applied heat, or dye). Hair must be unused and unaltered. All other products must unused and in its original packaging. If your exchange is granted you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault (meaning we shipped something other than what you ordered).
